Type of article: Article, Case study
Summary
The paper presents case studies of existing systems of heating of different administrative and residential buildings by means of heat pumps together with the assessment of energy efficiency of heat pump installations. It proves to be significantly lower than usually indicated coefficient of performance of a heat pump, which doesn't take into account heat sink losses from a condenser and heat supply from the potential source of the evaporator. The energy saving systems of refrigeration and heating, proposed by the authors, with the use of refrigeration machine, working in the regime of heat pump at night with hot water accumulation in winter, and cold and hot water in summer is also considered.
