Summary
For a new museum building in Dresden with a strong demand on temperature, humidity and room air quality in the paper methodology for the introduction of energy management is demonstrated. The entire life cycle is regarded, consisting of system design, construction, start-up and operation. Special importance is given to the start-up phase. High cost savings and energy conservation can be shown.
