Energy use of ventilation air conditioning options for ground-source heat pump systems.

Author(s) : KAVANAUGH S. P., XIE L.

Summary

The paper deals with energy consumption due to ventilation air, in relation to seasonal or nominal operation, at full or part load, and with or without heat recovery. The point is that fan energy consumption can offset in certain conditions, the benefits of heat recuperation. Some examples are analyzed.
