Summary

The paper summarizes particular aspects of the realization of cooling water in mine conditions by outgoing air flow in a special device. The processes of low-potential heat and mass transfer between flowing through pipes water and highly moistened air under cross streamlining of watered bundles of finned pipes are analyzed.
