Summary

Four years ago, the European trade organization EUROVENT/CECOMAF set up systems for checking the technical characteristics of refrigerating and air-conditioning plant manufactured by manufacturers who agree to testing. EUROVENT/CECOMAF publishes a multilingual annual directory providing results of tests of characteristics performed on over 4000 items of equipment, this representing over 80% of sales in Europe (see IIR Bulletin 97-5, ref 97-3155).
