Summary

150 Holstein cows were observed in a dairy farm in Saudi Arabia. 75 were in a local with fresh air from evaporative cooling and 75 were alternatively sprayed with water and ventilated with warm and very dry outside air. Comparisons were made on lactation, reproduction and other features of both groups of cows. The results are given.
