Summary
The article presents the results of research experimental of ice-maker of ZB-15 for cube ice production. Basic technical parameters (mass productivity, freezing and defroster time, temperatures in characteristic points, power and electric energy consumption) are defined depending on cycle number and size of ice cube. The great changeability of mentioned parameters is affirmed for the sake of fluctuations of water temperature in container during work time.
