THE PAPER SHOWS THE EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS OF SOLAR HEATING AND THE EVALUATION OF YEARLY PERFORMANCE OF THE SOLAR COOLING AND HEATING SYSTEM FOLLOWING A PREVIOUS PAPER DESCRIBING THE RESULTS OF SOLAR COOLING. FURTHER BY ANALYZING THE OPERATING RESULTS OF COOLING AND HEATING, THE INCIDENT ANGLE AND THE WIND SPEED MODIFIERS FOR FLAT-PLATE SOLAR COLLECTORS WERE DETERMINED, AND BY USING THE RESULTS A SIMULATION STUDY WAS UNDERTAKEN TO FIND OUT THE MOST OPTIMUM COLLECTOR FLOW RATE IN THE SOLAR HEATING.
