Summary
THE ELABORATION OF A CALCULATION MODEL OF VELOCITY AND HEAT TRANSFER FIELDS IN BUBBLE FLOW REQUIRES A BETTER KNOWLEDGE OF TURBULENCE IN THIS TYPE OF FLOW. AT PRESENT, THESE DATA ARE RARE, AND EVEN NONEXISTENT WITH REGARD TO WALL TURBULENCE. SO, THE OBJECTIVE OF THE PAPER IS TO FILL THIS GAP: THE AUTHOR PRESENTS THE INITIAL EXPERIMENTAL DATA DEALING WITH SPATIO-TEMPORAL AND SPECTRAL ANALYSIS OF THESE FLOWS IN THE VICINITY OF THE WALL. THESE DATA HAVE BEEN OBTAINED BY THE ELECTROCHEMICAL METHOD AND COMPARED WITH KNOWN RESULTS IN SINGLE TURBULENT FLOW.
