FIELD MEASUREMENTS OF AIR QUALITY IN RELATION TO AIR FLOW.

Author(s) : RODAHL E.

Summary

AIR QUALITY IS CONNECTED WITH SENSATIONS OF FRESHNESS AND ODOUR. THE RESULTS MENTIONED REVEAL THERE IS NO CORRELATION BETWEEN FRESHNESS AND THE PROSPECTION OF OUTDOOR AIR IN THE AIR FLOW EMERGING INTO A ROOM. THE RESULTS INDICATE THAT ODOUR IS NOT AS IMPORTANT AS EXPECTED. COMPARED TO YAGLOUS'S RESULTS IT SEEMS TO BE POSSIBLE TO MODERATE REQUIREMENTS CONCERNING ODOUR IN NON-SMOKING ROOMS.
