The research included questionnaire surveys to HVAC engineers, fragrance product companies and office workers where the systems were in use. Finds that the fragrance systems are not used today in 68% of buildings in which they were originally installed. Supplies a diagram showing differing perceptions of a fragrance by different types of people. Identifies areas where fragrance is mostly used and occasions when office workers would like fragrance to be supplied.
