OPERATING EXPERIENCE IS NOW EVALUATED THAT WAS GAINED FROM THE FIRST PLANT FOR FLUE GAS DESULPHURIZATION IN LOW-CAPACITY BOILERS BASED ON THE DRESDEN PROCESS AFTER 4 HEATING PERIODS BY TAKING ACCOUNT OF THE SECONDARY ENERGY UTILIZATION WITH HEAT PUMPS. PROCEEDING FROM THEPOSSIBLE DEGREE OF HEAT REMOVAL FROM THE FLUE GAS, AN INTRODUCTION IS GIVEN TO THE NEW BIVALENT HEAT PUMP SYSTEM WITH AN R22/R12 REFRIGERANT MIXTURE.
