THE PAPER DESCRIBES THE HEAT PUMP HEATING AND COOLING PLANT THAT THE THERMAL AND NUCLEAR RESEARCH CENTRE OF ENEL PISA, IS GOING TO SET UP AT ITS EXPERIMENTAL LABORATORIES IN LIVORNO, WHERE A SUITABLE HEAT SOURCE IS AVAILABLE (THE CONDENSER COOLING WATER OF A THERMAL POWER PLANT).
