Summary
WITH EACH EVAPORATOR THERE IS AN OPTIMIZED TIME FOR THE FROSTING CYCLE. THE FROSTING SET VALUE CAN BE DETERMINED BY MEANS OF ONE OR SEVERAL PARAMETERS DEVELOPING DURING FROSTING AND THESE ARE LISTED. THIS PARAMETER IS RECORDED BY A DETECTOR WHICH SHOULD BE ROBUST, INEXPENSIVE AND RELIABLE. IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO DEVELOP THE DETECTORS, EXCHANGERS SHOULD BE CLASSIFIED, MODELLED, AND A GREATER NUMBER OF TEST RESULTS SHOULD BE AVAILABLE. THE DETECTORS COULD BE BETTER EMPLOYED AND IMPROVED UPON. THE USE OF MICROPROCESSORS WILL ENABLE BETTER INTERPRETATION OF THE MEASUREMENTS MADE.
