Gas pulse tube refrigeration: theory and experiment.
Réfrigération par tube à gaz pulsé : étude théorique et expérimentale.
Author(s) : DAVID M.
Type of monograph: Doctoral thesis
Summary
The reason for this study is to explain the performance of a pulse tube producing cold. Parameters, pressure, temperature, speed, pressure variation, allowing an optimization of the system are reviewed. The experimental measurements match the calculations. Performance close to those of a Gifford-McMahon cryogenerator are obtained.
