THE HEAT PUMP SYSTEMS WERE INTENSIVELY MONITORED FOR PERFORMANCE OVER A TWO-YEAR PERIOD. TWO OF THE HEAT PUMP SYSTEMS HAD PROBLEMS THAT PUT THEM OUT OF SERVICE DURING THE WINTER.
