THE AUTHORS GIVE THE RESULTS OF TESTS ON VARIOUS TYPES OF HEAT PUMPS IN FAMILY HOUSES AND APARTMENT BUILDINGS RELATING TO STATISTICS, OPERATION RESULTS, INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE COSTS, LOADS AND CAPACITY REQUIREMENTS. THEY INTERPRETE THE RESULTS BY DEALING WITH THE FOLLOWING: AIR NETWORKS, FROSTING ON EXHAUST AIR, DEFROSTING AND ANTIFROST DEVICES, VARIOUS TYPES OF CONTROL (OPEN OR CLOSED LOOPS).
