Summary

HOMING OF CRYOPRESERVED CFU'S IN BONE MARROW AND SPLEEN OF IRRADIATED RECIPIENTS AS WELL AS THE INTENSITY OF CFU'S AND OTHER NUCLEAR CELL ACCUMULATION IN DIFFERENT PERIODS AFTER TRANSPLANTATION WERE STUDIED. THE ABILITY OF A PART OF CRYOPRESERVED CFU'S TO HOMING IN HAEMAPOIETIC ORGANS IMMEDIATELY AFTER TRANSPLANTATION HAS BEEN FOUND TO DECREA THE CFU MULTIPLICATION AND DIFFERENTIATION FOLLOWED BY ACCUMULATION OF NUCLEAR ELEMENTS IN SPLEEN AND BONE MARROW APPEARED TO BE CYCLIC.
