Summary

Adhesive cells of a myelotransplant are known to contain elements which do not possess colony-forming activity but represent accessory regulatory cells. It is demonstrated that after cryopreservation the component content of bone marrow is altered not only due to changes in haemopoietic precursors, but also due to changes in myelotransplant regulatory cell parameters. A possibility of selective elimination of accessory elements based on the chosen protocol of cryopreservation is indicated.
