Summary
Based on temperature and ventilation requests and on the weather data from 8 meteorological stations for the period October-April, the author evaluated climatic limits to ensuring the optimum thermal parameters for storing potatoes in storehouses in various regions. Maximum storage times were found to be from 5 to 7 months.
