Human thermal sensation to air movement frequency.

Author(s) : XIA Y., ZHAO R., XU W.

Summary

Intensity and frequency are two indispensable features to describe a turbulent flow and to influence human thermal sensations in addition to mean air velocity. The paper tries to find out the values of these factors in a range of temperatures between 26 and 30.5 °C. A model was developed to explain the experimental results.
