A HIGH-MASS BASEMENT BUILDING WAS CONVERTED FOR ARCHIVE STORAGE, USING ROTARY SILICA GEL BED DEHUMIDIFICATION, AND COOLING WITH LAKE WATER. MOST OF THE WINTER HEAT COMES FROM FAN ENERGY. FULL DESIGN HEAT AND MASS FLOW CALCULATIONS ARE GIVEN, PLUS RUNNING TESTS AND COSTS. A.R.T.
