Summary
An atrium located at the center of the complex is capped with a glass skylight. The HVAC control system of the atrium takes into account the effects of thermal radiation. To increase the fire safety of the building, a pressurized smoke control system was developed and installed. Steam produced by the cogeneration system is supplied to the district heating and cooling system, thus increasing total efficiency and reducing reliance on the city's infrastructure.
