THERE ARE METHODS OF PROVIDING HIGHER QUALITY HVAC SYSTEMS FOR RETAIL SPACES. ONE METHOD IS TO PROVIDE A CENTRAL PLANT TYPE SYSTEM AND REDISTRIBUTION HVAC SERVICES FOR THESE SPACES. THE CENTRAL PLANT SYSTEM CAN REDISTRIBUTE CHILLED WATER HEATED WATER, CHILLED AIR, HEATED AIR, ELECTRICITY, ETC OR ANY OTHER READILY TRANSPORTABLE ENERGY SOURCE. THE ECONOMICS ARE SUCH THAT THE INDIVIDUAL RETAILER EXPERIENCES NO MORE OVERALL COST BUT RECEIVES THE BENEFITS OF A HIGHER QUALITY SYSTEM.
