Summary
This article presents the Spanish translation of IIR-IIF Bulletin reference 2002-0443. The paper presents the changes that have been brought to the air conditioning plant in Capital University of Columbus, Ohio. Its aim is the reduction of energy consumption and better comfort. The features of the new equipment are described.
