Summary
Some ice storage systems are considered as temperamental. Particularly, inaccurate and unreliable ice thickness measurement as well as restricted use because of ice blocking and corrosion problems are the major complaints of many customers. Newly designed hybrid ice storage has now been introduced by a Swiss company. The new hybrid design combines two common ice melting systems and shows all advantages of both.
