Summary
Liquefaction of natural gases is a highly energy intensive process. It is essential to design liquefaction processes that are energy efficient and cost effective. The objective of this paper was to first present a brief overview of the well-known gas natural gas liquefaction processes, followed by the description of some state-of-the-art processes. Finally, the results for a new hybrid liquefaction processes are presented.
