Author(s) : JABBOUR T., CLODIC D.

Summary

A systematic study was performed in a 43 m3 test room for flammable refrigerant leaks (propane, isobutane) from split systems installed at different heights on a wall and a portable unit in the room. Test conditions were defined according to the ISO/IEC Joint Working Group document. Concentration measurements were recorded using 21 concentration sensors installed in the room at different positions and heights. Videos were used to measure the flame speed.
