Summary
THE PAPER DEALS WITH THE TESTS OF A NEW CRYOGENIC SYNCHRONOUS MACHINE. THE BASIC PRINCIPLE LAYS IN THE OVER-SATURATION OF FERROMAGNETIC MATERIAL. THE OPERATING MODE AS WELL AS THE MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF A PROBATIVE MACHINE ARE SUMMARIZED. THE ENVIRONMENTAL CRYOGENIC APPARATUS IS DESCRIBED AND SOME EXPERIMENTAL RESULTS ARE FINALLY REPORTED.
