Summary
THE DESIGN AND CIRCUIT DIAGRAM OF THIS INDICATOR ARE DESCRIBED ; IT IS FOR CONTROLLING CONTINUOUSLY THE AIR IN INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS WHICH HAVE STATIONARY AMMONIA REFRIGERATING PLANT. WHEN THE LIMIT CONCENTRATION OF AMMONIA VAPOUR IS REACHED, THE INDICATOR AUTOMATICALLY CUTS THE POWER AND SETS THE SAFETY VENTILATION AND WARNING SYSTEM IN MOTION. THE TIME REQUIRED FOR THIS SAFETY DEVICE TO GIVE THE WARNING SIGNAL DOES NOT EXCEED 3 SECONDS, FOR A VOLUMETRIC CONTENT OF AMMONIA IN AIR OF 0.32 %.
