THE LARGE-SCALE LIQUID HYDROGEN TRANSFER SYSTEM ENABLES ONE TO SHOW HOW THIS SIZE OF PLANT SHOULD BE DESIGNED AND BUILT. THE SYSTEM SHOULD BE RAPIDLY OPERATIONAL WITH MINIMUM LOSSES THE DATA RECORDED DURING THE OPERATION IMPROVE THE MANAGEMENT OF OTHER PLANT AND INCREASE THEIR EFFICIENCY. ECONOMIC INVESTIGATIONS SHOWED THAT THE COSTS OF THIS SYSTEM DEVIATE MARKEDLY FROM THOSE OF SMALLER SYSTEMS.
