Inertia compressors stand for higher efficiency at the heat pump conditions.
Author(s) : ROY P. K., DI FLORA M. A.
Summary
Polymers are utilized to a great extent in the automotive industries mainly for cost and fuel efficiency. Usage of polymers is very much limited in the air conditioning and refrigeration compressor especially for its running gear. The article presents compressors which utilize gas separation and polymer valves and achieve a very high efficiency and reliability under a wide range of compression ratios.
