Summary

Fruits of white guava cv. Kumagai at the green colour stage were individually sealed in 4 different modified atmosphere packagings. They were stored at 7 °C (80-90% relative humidity) and non-sealed fruits served as controls. After 17, 24 and 37 days of storage, sensory evaluation was carried out. Findings are reported.
