INSTABILITY OF HTSC PROPERTIES.

Author(s) : DIKIN D. A.

Type of article: Article

Summary

INVESTIGATION RESULTS ARE PRESENTED ON STRUCTURAL, ELECTRICAL AND THERMODYNAMIC BEHAVIOUR OF HTSC MATERIALS NEAR THE TRANSITION TO THE SUPERCONDUCTING STATE. TIME RELAXING ANOMALIES IN TEMPERATURE DEPENDENCES OF LATTICE PARAMETERS, MOLAR VOLUMES, THERMAL EXPANSION COEFFICIENTS AND HEAT CAPACITY ARE REVEALED. THE OBSERVED PECULIARITIES AND THEIR TIME RELAXATIONS ARE MAINLY THE CONSEQUENCE OF SUPERCONDUCTING PHASE METASTABILITIES WHICH ARE DUE TO REDISTRIBUTION AND ORDERING OF OXYGEN ATOMS IN HEAVY CATIONS LAYERS.
