Summary

Although there is only one case report, these results indicate that interleukin-2 administration immediately after autologous bone marrow transplantation using cryopreserved marrow may be safely tolerated and beneficial for elimination of minimal residual disease. Evidence of antitumour efficacy remains to be elucidated.
