Author(s) : BOUMA J. W. J.

Summary

In the period 1992-94, the IEA Heat Pump Centre, in close collaboration with the International Institute of Refrigeration, conducted the analysis "International Heat Pump Status and Policy Review". The main objective of the analysis was to provide a thorough assessment of the technological and market status of heat pumps, related policy matters and areas for international collaboration. The analysis is based on comprehensive reviews of the heat pump situation in 25 countries. Through the assessment the analysis aims to be relevant input for new national and utility policies on heat pumps, and contain valuable information for equipment suppliers, manufacturers and purchasers.
