Summary
The activities of JSRAE Refrigerant Technical Subcommittee are introduced. The subcommittee has five working groups, table editorial, software and database, natural refrigerant thermophysical tables preparation, liaison, and equation-of-state working groups. The subcommittee provides up-to-date information on refrigerants as a series of JSRAE thermodynamic tables, database, diagrams and software. The data and equations were carefully evaluated and selected. The comparisons of the reliable experimental data against equations used for calculating entries in the JSRAE thermodynamics tables are presented in each volume. The JSRAE software calculates thermophysical property values at specified condition and provides the major information presented in each JSRAE thermodynamic property table.
