COLD WATER FROM AN ICE BANK CAN GENERATE PRIMARY AIR AT TEMPERATURES DOWN TO 280 K (7 DEG C) OR LOWER, PERMITTING REDUCED AIR FLOWS WITH SMALLER AIR HANDLING UNITS, DUCTS, FANS, PIPES AND PUMPS, WITH SAVINGSIN BUILDING SPACE AND RUNNING COSTS. THE RESULTING LOWER ROOM HUMIDITIES MAY PERMIT SLIGHTLY HIGHER DRY BULB TEMPERATURES FOR EQUAL COMF A.R.T.
