Low temperature air cooling systems design considerations.
Author(s) : ROSE P. M., ALAMDARI F.
Type of monograph: Booklet
Summary
In the systems described, air can be delivered to spaces at temperatures between 3 and 11 deg C dependent upon the design of the system and technology used, instead of 13-15 deg C in conventional cooling systems. This technical note emphasizes particularly on room air movement. These guidelines have been developed from computer-based predictions of the thermal environment in a typical two-person office, cooled by low temperature air supplied through slot diffusers.
