Summary
Improvement of a bulk cryogenic gas distribution system. The new facilities regulator uses a low temperature shut down pilot valve together with a new final line regulator. It maintains flow at constant pressure and reduces flow when the temperature at the facilities regulator goes below a pre-set low temperature safety limit. The benefits of the improved system are: lower tank pressure requirements, less venting, cost savings up to 25%, improved system reliability, greater regulation accuracy, improved low temperature shut down.
