Summary
It is shown that for a spin = 1 ferromagnet in which the mean value of the spin is low due to quantum reduction, the dynamics of a two-dimensional topologic soliton (vortex) is essentially different as compared to that in the Heisenberg magnet. The effects of vortex freezing-in and gyroeffects only appear in the magnetic field; without field the dynamics is Lorentz-invariant.
