On the basis of experiment data, particle radiation, ultraviolet ray and hot-cold cycles, etc., the effect of main factors on mechanical properties at low temperatures have been found. A formula has been proposed for calculating mechanical properties of honeycomb sandwich panels at low temperature by using the known parameters or room-temperature parameters.
