ADVANTAGES: INCOMBUSTIBLE BUILDINGS. INSULATION AND VAPOUR BARRIER PROTECTED BY CONCRETE. MINIMUM CRAFTSMEN REQUIRED TO WORK AT SITE. INSULATION AND VAPOUR BARRIER ARE NOT GLUED TO THE CONCRETE. THUS NO ADHESIVE TENSIONS. ALL INSTALLATIONS CAN BE FIXED TO THE CONCRETE WITHOUT DAMAGING. DRY ERECTION AND THUS SHORTER ERECTION TIMES AND POSSIBILITY TO PUT INTO OPERATION SOONER. HIGH COLD STORING CAPACITY OF THE CONCRETE, IE ENERGY SAVING. MOSTLY NIGHT ENERGY USED. NO FAN AIR BLOW DURING DAILY HANDLING OF GOODS.
