Summary

The courses and factors of some abnormal weather patterns (the cool summer in 1993 and the fierce heat and drought in 1994) are introduced in the first part of the article. Even though global warming continues, volcanic eruptions or phenomena like the El Nino effect, changing solar radiation, may produce cold summers such as that of 1993 again in the future.
