Summary
The Pavilion was opened to the public on the 20 October 1993. It has been strategically located as the first true regional shopping centre in Natal, to serve the entire Durban metropolitan area. 75,000 m2 of lettable area has been developed, making it the third largest shopping centre in South Africa after Sandton City and Eastgate.
