Summary

Energy and environmentally saving technological process of pneumatic cryoelectroseparation of a dispersed raw material of biological origin, for example fish one, is examined. Starting from the law of the impulse conservation in ascending air flow limited by vertical walls the kinematic characteristics of a cryocooled group of particles that is subject to impact of external forces including electrostatic are studied. On the basis of the conception of a critical diameter of the particle (size of separation) the grounds of physicomechanical and geometrical parameters of the equipment for the optimal process of pneumatic cryoelectroseparation of granular raw material are given.
