Modern reefer insulation.

Author(s) : KRANENDONK M. C.

Summary

The author presents a new development consisting in completely insulating reefer holds with prefabricated panels. The panels are insulated with polyurethane foam and can be covered with various materials, like plywood, Warkaus, aluminium and stainless steel. The system can be fitted completely vertically, suitable for palletized cargo, but also horizontally, so that the shape of the ship's contours can be followed for maximum volume.
