OPTIMIZATION FACTORS CONSIDERED THE ABSOLUTE MINIMUM TOTAL COST OF EQUIPMENT NECESSARY TO CONSTRUCT THE SYSTEM AND THE MINIMUM ANNUAL ENERGY CONSUMPTION.
