Summary

APPROXIMATELY 130,000 UNITS OF REFRIGERATED CONTAINERS HAVE BEEN ENGAGED IN CARGO TRANSPORTATION THROUGHOUT THE WORLD. THE ADVENT OF THE ELECTRONIC CONTROL HAS IMPROVED ACCURACY OF STORAGE TEMPERATURE CONTROL. ACCORDINGLY, HIGH RELIABILITY AND EFFICIENCY ARE REQUIRED FOR DEFROSTING. IN THIS REGARD, THE NEW HOT-GAS DEFROST SYSTEM ADOPTED INSTEAD OF THE CONVENTIONAL ELECTRIC HEATER SYSTEM IS EXPLAINED.
