A NEW FACILITY CAN REPRODUCE A WIDE RANGE OF AMBIENT CONDITIONS ON ONE FACE OF A SAMPLE SECTION OF WALL, IN ORDER TO OBSERVE AND TEST THE PERFORMANCE OF HVAC EQUIPMENT ON THE INDOOR SIDE. THE POSSIBLE OUTDOOR CONDITIONS INCLUDE SOLAR RADIATION AND HIGH WINDS AND WIND PRESSURES. CONTROL, WITH ANY DYNAMIC CHANGES, AND MONITORING OF ALL EQUIPMENT, IS AUTOMATIC. A.R.T.
